When a pneumatic drill disturbs the peace on a quiet suburban street almost anyone is likely to get annoyed. When Mr Cecil Milson began to break up the road outside the Newtown home of two-year-old Jenny Stand's grandmother, Jenny made a protest by standing beside him with fingers in her ears.
