"Herbert Stanley Hall and his 40-year-old parrots share the lonely silence of the family homestead. Windows of the homestead vibrate uncannily at night and some local residents claim it is haunted. 'Nonsense', says Hall. 'The rattling is caused by trains going through the big tunnel near Ardglen.' (Ardglen is 5 miles away and Hall's neighbors, point out that their windows don't rattle.)"
